Nostalgia: Randolph-Macon Woman's College

I've spent the morning reminiscing about my time at Randy-Mac, and musing over the beautiful history of women's education.
My small collection of Helianthus: including my mom's old yearbooks, 1971-74, and my newest acquisition, 1953.

Detail of the 1971 Gamma ladies.

I love the photo left and center titled, "A very 'shady' character, no?"

A splash of yellow.

Happy Friday the 13th!

  1. Very cool, Kathryn! I love looking at relics from other people's history, though I tend to favor the mystery of the random find, it's always fascinating to search for personal connections or meaning in old photographs and memory books. Love that you have collected this memorabilia from your Alma mater.
