Packing Again

In case you do not know, I love to travel! Last year was an exceptional year for my wanderlust. I was constantly packing a suitcase, and I absolutely loved it. Miss April was less than thrilled to always be saying goodbye, but she never wants me to miss a chance see the world.

I find myself, yet again, packing my bags, but this is for a more personal excursion. I am heading to the west coast of Florida to embark on a month long therapy retreat. I've been dealing with depression and anxiety for a long time. I'm excited to take control of my life - spiritually and emotionally. The program features daily meditation, yoga, tai chi, and lectures by the sea. Expect updates on my progress, and a taste of the wisdom I glean. I leave tomorrow!
